    Lightbulb Jargons used in PS2 cheat devices

    Sorry for the vulgar title, but I'd like to know what are these jargons that people used when referring to some codes being used by some cheat devices for PS2 such as RAW, and the likes?

    RAW refers to basic hex code usually listed as "RAW Hex", these codes are unencrypted so that they work with all cheat devices (except for Action Replay MAX).
    These are the preferred codes.

    So these RAW Hex codes must be converted first using Omniconverter to work with AR Max?
