Thread: Which ps2 will be better to buy a fat or slim to mod

I am looking to buy one which is better/easier and with the mcboot method where would I buy one from already installed? I tried deal extreme eBay anywhere else

well its up to you really i know theres some models that you cant run free mcboot on (slims) i beleive, fats and slims can both play games off the Hdd, as far as easier it depends on what method you use.just read the tuts here,then decide what method you want to use,some of the programs are free, the ar max codebreaker and other such cheat devises are not free,it depends on how much your willing to pay,i guess i did the agent under fire mod method it cost me two dollars and fifty cents USD, and the cost of a dvd-r disk to mod mine,anyways have a look around the ps2 section tutorials,youll find what you need to know, good luck,

I got mine from a USA seller. .. not sure if i can post the link but if you want it just PM me . Not sure if they still have em but theyre a great place to get mods within the usa .

I think it will be Slim one....

i would google the model numbers there is a list somewhere i just dont remember where i saw it

Get a Fat longer lasting and perfectly moddable

Bought a silver slim

Get a ps3 instead zomg! Hopefully soon we will be able to play all ps2 games on ps3..
