Yes,Only in NTSC-J :p
but what OP means its not OFFICIAL version of localized game
its an English-patched translation which had been released

Anyway,Distributing pre-patched FM5 rom could mean we would never get any translation of lasting unreleased NTSC-J FM (FM2 , FM Alternative)
