dammit, if I just burn the iso, my playstation won't recognize it...what's wrong?

should I burn the 4 rar files to the disc instead?

Have you got some kind of way of playing backups? Swap magic, Mod-chip, exploit etc.

Also are you using good quality media and burning at a slow speed?

Ohh sorry I guess I wasn't clear. The game works. Its just that I have NTSC, so get the whole scanning screen thing where the picture continually runs from top to bottom. And everything is in black and white. But it works, just can't really focus on the image.

When I patch it, only the colors works, and the screen doesn't stop flickering from top to bottom.

So maybe I am patching it wrong. Has it worked for other games?

to respond: well, I have a PS3, which can read all kinds of DVD's...so it should work. it works for downloaded movies that are in .iso format... but it doesn't seem to work with this...


ah well, I could just go rent it and then copy it...or maybe I can ask my parents to buy me this for Christmas...

If only it were that easy :P. You cannot Play back ups on PS3 yet. You need a PS2 to play the back ups. You have to have a Mod chip, Swap Magic or exploit. You should atleast do some reasearch before downloading games.

Which patch are you using? Are you using the one I posted on the previous page? If so maybe you should try and find another Patcher to download or maybe you could invest in a PAL/NTSC compatible TV ;D.

ok ive read through the replys, and i have noticed that some of yous are confused on how to get this game up and running, so i have written a quick little guide on how to do it.

First Step: Downloading the game

Download all 4 parts

tenkaichi 3.part1.rar

tenkaichi 3.part2.rar

tenkaichi 3.part3.rar

tenkaichi 3.part4.rar

if you have a priemum account on megaupload, thats great you should be able to get them all in one day (thats if you got broadband with internet credit lol) other wise, if you dont have a priemum account, you can litually download 3 parts in one whole day, that is includeing the time waiting between each download and with no credit (depending on ur internet provider) (when i run out of credit, i download at 20kbps)

Second Step: Downloading the Programs

After you have all parts go to Morgren's Uploads forum

and download :

WinRAR 4.1.65 Full Edition

Nero 7.5.9.0 w/ Keygen

(note there both from megaupload, winrar is under 5mb so download that first, but Nero is around 300mb, but it is the full version)

install both of them

Third Step: Extracting the ISO

now make sure all 4 tenkaichi 3 parts are in the same directory

Open tenkaichi 3.part1.rar in Winrar

drag the file from with in it and place it in the desired folder or just on the desktop

if it asks for a password, as stated above it is fearlessturk

it will automatically extract the iso image from part 1,2,3,4 and automatically put them together, (so that means u dont have any reason to go into part 2,3,4)

after everything is extracter, the new file

tenkaichi 3.ISO

will be formed in what folder or desktop u extracted it to

Fourth Step: Burning the game

ok since you have already downloaded Nero from step 2 and installed it, (hopefully you have used the keygen that came with it to make it Ultra Edition)

go into Nero Burning Rom

exit the first screen that comes up so the nero burning rom is blank (like you would see in MS Word when you got no documents open)

up the top were it says File,Edit,View,Recorder,Extras,Database,Window and Help click on Recorder and from the drop down menu click on Burn Image...

Select the tenkaichi 3.ISO file (it would be were ever you extracted it to) and click Open

On the window that comes up, put the Write Speed: to 6X (if you put it any higher the game might skip sounds and stuff, if you put it lower, theres a small possablity that it will lag and longer loading times, its still alright though to put it lower, but 6X is the best)

then just click Burn

if you havent but a dvd in it will ask for one, now a good burnable dvd would be Riteck (16x dvd) or equelevent, (basically any dvd has the white lable on top were you can print your lable onto, even a Riteck DVD-R X8 will work good, put a good burnble dvd in and let it burn, (it also helps if you have a dvd multi recorder (better then dual layer burners)

just wait till its finished burning

Fifth Step: Playing the game

after it has finished burning, and the disc tray has been ejected automatically, it is ready to be played,

if you got a modchip, just put in the game and load it straight up

if you use magicswap or equelivent, do what the manual says to do that comes with magicswap

but what ever your method is, enjoy Tenkaichi 3

I might look into how to convert it from pal to ntsc soon (but dont be expecting it since, i only need the pal version)
