After I completely download the Dragon Quest 7 & extract all the 5 file using winrar,
look's like the 4th & 5th file is different. DQJOCKJB.part4 & 5 cannot extract but it
appeared need dq4 & dq5 instead of DQJOCKJB.part4 & 5.
