Default 'DVD Player Not Set Up' Error but I have the BIOS so why not work?

:'( I've been trying to get the PCSX2 0.9.4 emu to work, when I finally managed to get everything tweaked to perfection, the emulator went to the browser saying 'DVD Player Not Set Up'. What gives?! i have the BIOS for the emulator, so why does it say this?
Here is a list of the BIOS i have:
    EROM - 243 kb
    PS2 Bios 30004R V6 PAL - 4,096 kb
    PS2 Bios 30004R V6 Pal.MEC - 1 kb
    PS2 Bios 30004R V6 Pal.NVM - 1 kb
    rom1 - 195 kb
    ROM2 - 8 kb
    SCPH1001 - 512 kb
    scph10000 - 4,096 kb
    scph10000.NVM - 1 kb
    scph39001 - 4,096 kb
    scph39001.MEC - 1 kb
    scph39001.NVM - 1 kb
    SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200 - 4,096 kb
    SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.EROM - 3,072 kb
    SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.MEC - 1 kb
    SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.NVM - 1 kb
    SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.ROM1 - 512 kb
    SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.ROM2 - 512 kb
    SCPH-70012_BIOS_V12_USA_200 - 4,096 kb
    SCPH-70012_BIOS_V12_USA_200.MEC - 1 kb
    SCPH-70012_BIOS_V12_USA_200.NVM - 1 kb

Could the problem be that I have too many PAL bios? Because it looks to me that i have less USA bios, and that is the thing I'm interested in, as all of my games are NTSC-U.

If anyone has a solution to my problem or can provide me with the US version of EROM, ROM1 & ROM2, please can you either PM me, post here or email it to me (PM me for my email address).
    Please can someone help me!

There's not really a point of giving my computer details as the error has nothing to do with the computer, but with the configuration and bios.

Remember, the error is 'DVD Player Not Set Up'. Please can anyone help?

Thank you if you read this topic and are willing to help me by giving me the solution(s) or by sending me links to the US version of EROM, ROM1 & ROM2 or an other files which will fix the error.

Are you sure it's tweaked to perfection? Check your CD/DVD Rom settings in Config>Configure.

The CD/DVD Rom is on EFP Iso Driver and the selected iso is Super Dragonball Z (NTSC-U).
Please can you find the solution to my problem!
Can you give me the names of the plugins you're using and the bios (I think the problem is with the bios, but I've tried loads of different bios.

    It's not the bios.
Try using the Linuzapps iso driver.

When I try to load the emulator with Linuzapps iso driver, it goes to the browser, there is a blue disc below mem card 1 and when I select it, it leaves the browser, but then goes straight back. In the CMD output, it keeps saying 'SYSTEM.CNF not found'. Maybe this is because I have the Europe EROM file (3mb) but the iso (Super DBZ) is an NTSC file. i tried loading it up with all my bios but it doesn't work, neither do my other isos, at the moment im downloading the europe version of DBZ Budokai 3 CE (PAL), if that works then it's for sure that I need a USA EROM, ROM1 & ROM2 for the emu.
But right now, I need a solution to getting my isos to work, and the links to the USA EROM, ROM1 & ROM2. Please can you post some screenshots of your plugins and bios (raw files and ones in the emulator) so I can see if I made an error.

If there's no SYSTEM.CNF, you have a bad ISO.
    And to launch a game it's File>Run CD/DVD not run>execute...

Yes, the problem is fixed! I got the Budokai 3 CE (PAL) .mdf file, opened it with Linuzapps ISO Driver and it's working!
