Duh....

can you tell me how we use this. Like a burned game of final mix and a real copy of action replay. how would you use this? how do you put the cheats on the game

As far as I know you can't use cheats on a backup game with a retail copy of ARMax unless you have a modchip.

what if you had a backup of action replay or can i get a backup of something to play with cheats except with swap magic because that kills the purpose of ESR and you need the swap tool

I really don't know, I don't bother with AR I find it annoying.
I prefer Codebreaker it's a better all around cheating device.

Yes, it can.
You need to get the patched elf version, (check the ps2 apps section) a store bought CD or an ISO of CB will not work for backups.
