Because NTSC TVs can't display PAL games properly and PAL TV's can't display NTSC games properly.

What is the pass?

Can you help me? I downloaded this, patced my GH aerosmith from europe, burned it with nero at 4x, and tried to run it with cogswap, and ESR auto boot, and it still shows up pal except now its in color. Did i do something wrong? The screen is still flipping!!!
