i got a question .when i download the browser where should i put it in the usb thumb drive or burn it into a cd-r please answer me!!!!!

It looks like many of us have the same problem. I've got a PS2 fat with Maxtor 40gb HD and the Sony network adapter. I've also got a memory card with the noobie Free McBoot on it. The version I downloaded from here is 10 megs and has 107 files, one is a .CUE file. How do I install/burn this and get it to work?
