but maybe i gonna burn onto a better support because i use a DVD-R Verbatim and freezes so maybe i gonna use
a Sony DVD-R .... or maybe TDK if i find one ....

No it doesn't.
It predates Flash 8 if you are lucky it'll have flash 5.

is there any way of updating the flash?

I read somewhere that this doesn't support flash.
That could be wrong but, think about it the software is run off a cd on a PS2 a system that has it's own operating system.
Flash can only install on known OS's (Windows, OSX, Linux, ect).
If you want a full functioning web browser (with flash, ect) I recommend going through the steps needed to install Linux on your PS2 and go from there.

Is it hard to install linux on the ps2? and then can i still use the ps2 to play ps2 games?

I don't really know much about it except that it can be done.
