    You need to make sure you have a legit high TOC PS2 game in the drive prior to launching the SM elf.
    I use Resident Evil Outbreak.
    It will not load if you don't do it, it is the same for every SM elf.

    i have only warriors orochi 2,timesplitters future perfect,syphon filter omega strain and star wars battlefront 2 i dont know if some of them is high toc how do i know
