ulaunch v4.37, You can download save game files from www.gamefaq.com, and trans-
fer it to your  slim/Fat via usb pendrive. This ulaunch v4.37 is tested by me
and workingperfectly, just burn it using dvd-r (16x), using IMGburner speed of 8x.

is this patched? can i use it with HDloader? is it an .elf?

its an iso, u can burn it directly to dvd-r[16x], tested and working perfect for me,,just extract the file and burn it using IMGburner.. I dont know if u can use HDloader,coz I dont use one,

I did not patch this, its the original copy of codebreaker v10, I already tested this, burn at dvd-r 16x, using imgburner speed of 8x,
works fine, the only common problem with this is, some games freeze when u start the game, if this happen just restart the codebreaker and remove or reduce the cheat u want to use..

@eriesistible welcome tol,, next I will add my ulaunch, u can download save game file from gamefaq.com and transfer it using any usb pen drive to ur slim ps2,

You can open ISO file and copy SLUS_203.44 ELF to you usb

The elf must be unpacked, cracked and repacked first.
Just copying it will not work.
