Well I just was searching what kind of game was Namco X Capcom and found it was an "Tactic RPG" Based, sort like FF Tactics. So an also stumble with the patch YAAAAY!!!! so here it is :D

This is a beta patch that will translate the Japanese
version of Namco X Capcom completely.

FAQ:

Q-There's still errors,why!?
A-Yes, if there's errors, then nobody reported them, so I'm
unable to fix them, easy as that.

Q-Can I use my old saved file from the japanese disc with
this translation?
A-Yes, you can.

Q-The game suffers lock ups during the gameplay, why!?
A-Somebody didn't report that error, if you encountered it,
report it and it will be fixed ASAP in the next patch update.
You can skip the bugged text by pressing the start button, if not
then use the japanese disc to get past that section, save and
load the saved game again with the translated disc.

Q-Wtf!? Why M.Bison is called Vega!?
A-We aimed to translate even the character's names to English, however we left some in Japanese. This is a personal choice
of the team and you must respect it. 

Q-The text runs outta the box, why didn't you fix it, dummies!?
A-Again, it could be that our testers SKIPPED AND DIDN'T REPORT that part during their tests.

Q-There's typos in the game!
A-These typos weren't reported by the testers. Please report them as asap.

Q-Can we help TransGen and the testers in any way???
A-Yes, you can help us to fix completely this game, just go to the 
section of this FAQ called "How to help us".

Q-Can I translate this patch to my own language?
A-Go to the end of this FAQ and read the "Terms and Conditions" section.

NOTES FROM SAITO:

-Due to the lack of new reports I'm releasing this new version with several fixes
(see the upper section). This version is marked as final but you can still contribute
in clearing all the errors. 

The last reports I got, say that the game doesn't lock up anymore, but due to the nature of this
game (it has a lot of branches) I'm unsure of that, if you find something, please report it.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Rip an image out of your original disc using DVDDecrypter.
The output needs to be a .iso file with 2.229.633.024 bytes.

2-Download ppf-Omatic or any other ppf patching programs.

3-Apply The ppf patch to the iso.

4-Burn the image into a high quality blank dvd at 4x speed or less.

COMPATIBILITY

This translation works with the last version of pcsx2,hdloader,
modchip and Swap Magic on all region consoles.

Do not use this translation with a HD televisor, some hacks won't display properly and will look 

"ugly".

Shame because they have the technical stuff done, they would just need someone who's good at english and has a lot of time.

Before having someone good at english, they need someone good at japanese. And less laziness(to be lazy to even look up Tales of... wiki for translating Stahn&Rutee's attack skills...and make a machine translation of them...).
Actually, they don't even need someone good at japanese, they need a man with japanese knowledge at a high-schooler's level, which isn't really high, since at this level you probably don't know much kanji(about my level - 180-240) but you at least know grammar and grammatical constructions enough to translate something. Well, of course it'd be good if the translator also knew english well, either a native speaker, or at least someone good at it(in case of English, you'd need to be good at it).
