oh and will the first patcher work for final fantasy x i downloaded it from scoolv i think was the name of the guy he had a lot of undubs will it work on that final fantasy x or does it work for all games?

As far as I know they are virus free, they were when I uploaded them.

I don't know if the region patchers will work on FFX; I never tried to patch it, but I can tell you it doesn't work for all games. There's some trial and error involved in patching games from PAL to NTSC, and the results vary. For a game like FFX I would suggest you get the NTSC version; I'm sure you can find it easily on this site.

i think its the ntsc ver. i want a pal version but when i tried converting it that slps file thingy didnt change is slps ntsc-j i wouldnt bother with this if i had a tv that read all regions

The game ID will not change; region patches force a different display... they don't really convert the game. The only difference you'll see is when you launch the game on your tv.

also does usbadvance elf work better on cd games than open ps2 loader because im having trouble getting one of my games to work and thanks for the apps
