I think so, yes.

The ones already on the list are for FFX US version.

I've put the .ELF file onto my USB drive, so what do i do next?

Iv'e got the .ELF file onto my USB drive, plugged the usb into my ps2, but now what?

You need to use an elf launcher (uLaunchELF, FreeMCBoot,ect) to run the elf.

So i put this on my 8gb Sandisk Cruzer Micro. Then used uLaunchElf (latest version) to load it but it freeze at the starting screen of CB. My PS2 is 79001 version with FMCB 1.8. Is it the USB compability problem? Cuz I put CB onto the memory card and still get the same problem. It froze at the starting screen of CB after I launch it.

Try again with a disk in the ps2.
You need either a retail or backup game in the drive or it won't load.
