Thread: Swap Magic 3.6 CD & DVD ISO's and ELF's NTSC U, Rapidshare Uploaded

i have version 12 (SCPH 70012) it works on mine, too many people have bad psx ISOs I think that why people don't get it working

there are alot of bad psx rips/ISOs going around

i dont think cogswap loads psx games, but you could give it a shot, i think you can mix and match PSX and PS2CD use eithre one as a TOC

not directly lke loading a PS2CD, you'll get invalid ps2 disc error, however you can use a swap magic to load the psx launcher/loader for ps2 v9 and above

Yes, but there would really be no point as you could just load your backup from cogswap

I think that Swap magic was the PAL version, Dam, i will recompile a new one again and upload PAL and NTSC

the ELF files don't seem to work it shows the swap magic screen for like 2 seconds then goes black any suggestions?

If you're looking for the elf try the 3.8 I uploaded in my thread, I know it works.

How do i open what i downloaded from rapidshare does it have to be change to .zip?

Also could this replace a pre exsisting copy of Swap Magic as My three year old copy is really scrached up and does not work.

You open it with 7zip.

No.
If you don't already have a way to boot it (modchip or another version of SM) then this download is useless to you.
