Thread: Final Fantasy XIII-2 Confirmed For A 2011 Release Date

According to Square Enix’s fiscal year reports, plans are to release Final Fantasy XIII-2 in 2011.

The company has suggested that the game will be released in “Winter 2011″ in both North America and Europe. A generic “2011″ release is marked next to Japan. This evidence could mean we may see the game out quicker than previously anticipated.

Interesting enough (or sadly), there is still no mention of when Final Fantasy versus XIII will be out.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be available on both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

I liked final fantasy xiii, I will definitely buy this for my xbox 360 though.

ff 13-2?

so this is FF 14 or are they pulling a capcom. next year is super FF 13, followed by FF 13 turbo and championship editions.

Im not gonna start the whole its not the same as the other FF'S argument but if its anything like 13 I wont be playing it. So dissapointed with 13. corridor maps/annoying characters/too easy/eidolons ridicolous/hardly any customisation.

Just my 2 cents

this news is good for me cuz it means ff verus wil be out by summer of 2012 why would they release 2 ff on major platform the same year
