After much open discussion and trial and error by various forum members, it was confirmed and number of people were able to get John Daily's Golf working!

Now comes post #199 in this thread by Naydimme it seems Magunia07 over at Elotrolado has gotten a way to install and run the hot selling game Medal Of Honor!

can someone upload the Eboot for UFC 2010 please? For now i think i will stick to playin it on my xbox but thanks

they say it works but for MOH you must install the game to the hdd everytime you want to play it.. they say it takes about 45 min to finish the install.. thats kind of long to wait for a game.. i hope new vegas doesn't do the same..

Try this post if you wont the eboot file pack with modded PARAM.SFO bit more helpful.

I have a question, is sengoku basara: samurai heroes is an 3.42 game ? If so, can it be patched like moh ???

Sorry for the noob question, but im new to the whole PS3 jailbreaking scene. I jail broke my PS3 using a TI84 calculator I had. If I want to play games that require 3.42 FW will this method still work using a caculator? I guess Im confused on what exactly Hermes v4 actually is, is it a pkg file that installs to the ps3 or something elce. And am I able to modify the Param file and use another eboot file along with Open manager 2.2 to play games that require newer Firmware while still using my TI84 calculator to Jaibreak my PS3?

This is a great forum so some one will give us the answer :D

a brief explanation the requirements..

* Have Hermes V4 version - this is a utility that you use on your device that jailbreaks the ps3.
for ti84
it is already built into the ti84 ps3jb app. You need to find hermes v4b which is an update to the hermes v4. once you get hermes 4b and transfer the app to your calculater you must go to the options(press 5) in psjb and change stage 1 payload to hermes4b

* Edit PARAM.SFO to ask for the 3.41 firmware. - this is a file in the game folder that has info about the game. moh asks for 3.42 and all you have to do is find the program that edits sfo files and make moh ask for 3.41 instead.

* Copy the eboot from UFC 2010 - not necessary
* Install OManager 2.1, that will patch the game. - i used gaia manager instead.
* This patch makes tha data game install in the external hd instead of internal.

summary of my process - ti84 updated to hermes 4b, got the game, edited the .sfo file to ask for 3.41, transferred game to internal hard drive via ftp server, loaded gaia manger and pressed l1 for a memory patched. start the game and it will start to install.
