What was posted was "TrueAncestor EBOOT Resigner 4.25" which allowed only keys up to 4.25.(It's a different app). This allows up to 4.31. It's not a big difference since I don't know if there are games that require FW 4.31 minimum as of now. Thanks for the approval.

I haven't tested the app myself, so I wouldn't know. Anyway, I've seen some posts that say this works. I recommend anyone using this to previously backup their game files, and try different approaches until it boots correctly. Also, added two links to download the 32/64 bits versions.
Please,
+REP me if I helped you. Thanks

your missing the point if you not sure that it works or if you have not tested yourself at least put in bold red writing not tested its just common sense

No need for bold red message since this is not dangerous, you can't say brick your PS3 for instance. Added a "not tested by me" type message.

No trojans/viruses. False positive probably since this soft injects data into some files.(It's meant to do this) Some antivirus/malware scanners do this kind of thing all the time. Which soft are you using that reported this?
