    Im on rogero 4.30 cfw, should i install the REBUG ’999′ DOWNGRADER incase i want to go back down to 3.55 and maybe install this?
    If so what does "spkg sig check patched" mean and how to do i it/check it?

    has anyone tried this yet?

    CEX2DEX can only be done on their 3.55 version right?
    and does all that patched stuff mean 4.21 games will run on 3.55 without patching?

    REBUG 4.21.1 REX EDITION

    INSTALL:
    From XMB install REBUG 4.21.1 REX EDITION over any 3.55 OFW/CFW/MFW or the same or lower firmware version CFW with spkg sig check patched or any firmware version CFW with spkg sig check patched and QA enabled.
    does this mean we can install this higher than 3.55?

    If the higher firmware is a CFW and is below 4.21 or is 4.21, apparently yes, but it can only be installed on OFFICAL firmware if its 3.55.

    this is much better than rogero. quick question to those installed it when going to psn store it asks to install some kind of software ? any idea what that is ?

    New store layout. Installing is safe.

    Great news, but let me wait for a 4.30 version of this at least. I'm on Rogero 4.21 and I'm pretty satisfied for now..

    im on 3.55.2 right now, so i can just install this 4.21.1 directly with QA enabled? and what is a spkg sig check?
