That was the first thing I caught out of that wall-of-text too. It doesn't matter, it won't hold up in court.
If you do not consent to allow us to share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of providing you with access to Sony Online SEN First Party Services content, you will not be able to participate in any Sony Online SEN First Party Services.
This is an interesting piece of info too.

I am so glad I don't use their stupid service anymore, online multiplayer isn't worth signing over your soul.

Yeah its well out of order!

These to points say it all I believe:
    1) SNEI has no liability for any unauthorized usage of any account.

    2) If you do not consent to allow us to share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of providing you with access to Sony Online SEN First Party Services content, you will not be able to participate in any Sony Online SEN First Party Services.

Two very good reasons not to but anymore Sony products I think.

Whoa whoa what the hell? If I don't let them spread my info I can't play online? This is gonna be an interesting lawsuit.
I'm stuck on CFW 3.55 and can't play newer games.

Exactly, I really don't know how they get away with this crap!, Actually I do, It's all down to the ideots that accept the TOS! If people didn't accept them they would have to change them to something more fair.
