IDM and speed problem
Hello!
Recently I have bought a premium filesonic account(genuine one) and has been using it with ease with IDM. Until last tuesday and this tuesday, my speed has dropped to a significant 40 to 50 kbps which is an unacceptable speed. I would get around 400 to 500 kbps normally using my IDM as I have a 4Mb speed connection. So obviously, I could not download anything much with this lame speed.
My question is, what is the cause of this? Is it possible that my own service provider has capped my speed and if so, how can I determine it? I have even tried using others like MU as free user and my speed would be 400 to 500 even without a premium account. So I am dumb strucked of what is happening. For the note, I have not changed my IDM whatsoever or reconfigure anything at all. It's also at the newest update.
Or it is the problem with filesonic itself? Please help me because if it's just filesonic, I can seriously think about resubscribing for the next month or so. I am really a tech noob, so any info on this would be much appreciated!
P.S: I have tried using other download managers like jdownloader, flashget, DAP but they are even worst. Couldn't even get the right speed and very very slow even with my premium account....it's like 40 to 50kbps also and not working for me.
Thank you!!

Hi,
Based on your information provided, it sounds more like Filesonic issue rather than you ISP. I would suggest just run speed test on "www.speedtest.net" website and check with Filesonic there is no customer service phone number you will have submit a request from your account they should response within 24 - 48 hrs.
