Adding Flip 3D to Windows 7

1. Right-click on your desktop, select New, and then select Shortcut.

2. In the location field, type C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe dwmapi #105 (if Windows is installed on C )

3. Click Next, and then type the name for shortcut.

4. Right-click on the shortcut that you just created and then click on Properties.

5. Click on the Change Icon… button.

6. Type in %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\imageres.dll, and then press Enter.

7. Select the first icon and then click on OK.

8. Drag the Flip 3D shortcut from your desktop onto the taskbar.

Note: Flip 3D will only work if Aero is enabled.

Umm...what's wrong with hitting Windows key + Tab?

Maybe it's because on Windows Ultimate x64, so I got that feature already. Which win7 version do you have?

I'm guessing it's the way it was handled in vista was what he was going for.

um..i'm pretty sure this screenshot is from Win7...and his title is the same also...weird?

Which is by having an icon in the taskbar? What's wrong with WinKey+Tab? Too mainstream?

I really don't see the point of this >.<

it depends on what you like. personally I like super+D instead of the thing on the right of the taskbar

yeah no use not sharing. I'm thinking he's just saying that it does not add much functionality.
