OK, so Ive got an alpha networks wireless usb adapter with a 24 dbi parabolic grid antenna attached. I get a pretty decent connection. I also have a wireless router and another small wireless usb adapter.
The problem: I only receive internet on one computer.
The Goal: to re amplify the signal some how so i can use it on my ps3, wii, 360, other computers. re route the incoming usb internet signal to an ethernet or usb connected wireless hub\router.
Main pc: amdx2, 4gb ram, win7 ultimate.
ive hooked up the wireless router to play local multiplayer(used it as a hub). so i know i can put off a signal. Ive tried to bridge the connections. Share, all that good stuff. Shut down my firewall. It tells me its working, but i cant access the internet.
Things i theorized may work: run liveandroid and download a tethering app? Put linux on ps3 or wii, install the drivers for my wireless adapter and run in directly to the console?
I have messed around with this for hours, yet have not figured it out.
any kind of help on this we be great.
