so what's the problem of my computer, it's my power supply or my mainboard.
I wanted to ask, I have a computer, with attached 2 DVD-RW and 3 HDD (320, 640 and 1TB of all brands WDC) with a 420W supply. all was normal for 2 years, for the mainboard has 4 years. when I saw a computer, filled with dust, so I cleaned it by removing all the components from the computer casing. and after cleaning the dust, I raft back all those components into a computer. and I turn on the computer is on and running as usual ( 3 HDD and 2 DVD-RW working normaly ), but 30 minutes later smell of burning from the computer, and I find the source of the smell of burning, it turns out that my DVD-RW get burned and i remove that DVD-RW, and when I restart my computer only 1 HDD are read by the system, is the HDD system, and I turn off the computer and I check all the sata cable and power cable maybe is not attached properly, and when I turn it on again, for 5 minutes on my computer suddenly died, I try to restart the computer can not be a on, and I check the computer, my HDD system get burned, and I restart the computer after i remove the system hdd get burned, the computer can on again.

so 1 dvd-rw and 1 hdd got burned?
and you removed those and now everything is running fine?
thats a power supply issue and not a board issue

pinkpuffer,
what happend with my power supply so i get 1 DVD-RW and 1 HDD get burn like that, what i must do for my computer working normaly without affraid from getting burned again ( i gonna buy another HDD for system and DVD or maybe BD-rw )

i would seriously consider replacing the power supply
the capacity of the power supply does degrade over time
so after several years, 420w isn't really what its providing
also the rails/voltages won't be as stable as before
+5 and +12 volts which usually provide most of the power for the system usually fluctuate and that causes those burned hdds but burned dvd-rw are not common

pinkpuffer,
i follow your's suggestion about replacing power supply, and i buy new power supply 500w and new HDD and BD drive, and i install it. i connect all cable power from power supply to mainboard correct. and when i try to power on the computer, computer completely dead, i try to plug off power cable from haddrive and dvd drive, i try to power on and it still off, i try to change the power supply with my old one ( without any drive ), and i try to turn on computer the computer is on.
so what happend to my computer, and what i must do.

make sure the power connector from the power supply is firmly connected to the mainboard
give it a good push just to make sure
is the fan inside the new power supply running when you try to turn on the system?
if its not running then check the power button of the new power supply
check also the power cable from the outlet to the power supply to make sure its properly connected
-
dude get a new comp (barebone) thats compatible with your old comps parts
-
Okay if the power supply burnt up all of those other components and buying a new power supply didn't make it turn on again, you probably fried your mother board as well, looks like you'll have to buy a new mother board.
