Hopefully you have a 32 bit OS. If you do, download Combofix
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/down...virus/combofix

Put it on the root of the drive (IE:C:\combofix.exe), this will make it easier to find from safe mode.
Edit: Go through every option in order. They will not all work, but it isn't going to hurt you.

Reboot in to safe mode and run combofix.

That should do it. Once you are done, reboot and get SuperAntiSpyware. Install and run that. (Uninstall it when you're done or it will get annoying about asking you to update it every day.)

That should do it. If it doesn't work then post and I'll give you the next steps.

Do you have a USB keyboard? If you do, then it's probably not registering. You'll have to enable usb keyboard/mouse support through the bios.
Another way to do this is to fake it. Boot up your computer, let it get ALMOST all the way booted up and then hold the power down for 5 seconds. This will cause it to shut off. When you reboot, you will get a dialogue saying windows didn't properly shut down and do you want to start in safe mode.

The keyboard i was trying to put my windows in safe mode by pressing F8 was wireless so yeah, that was the problem. I tried with one that is wired and its working i can put it in safemode but my pc is all f**ked up, so i think im just gonna to format my computer because its easier but hey thanks for all the help men! +rep
