Exclamation How do I Animate .gif Files on Windows 7?

So I checked around and figured out that Windows 7 can't animate gif images.
Is there anyway that I can animate them without having to get a third party
    photo viewer?

I know you don't want a third party viewer but this works great. (gifview.exe)

Just remember that this will not open by itself. right click the gif and pick "open with" and then select gifview.exe. Small, quick, and a whole lot simpler if you set to 'always open with this program'

So you need a piece of software that allows you to see animated gifs?
Internet explorer does the job there and it comes pre-installed on 7.

If i helped you, some +rep would be nice...
