You're computer is probably corrupt from installing and uninstalling lots of programs (how long has it been since you reformatted your Hard drive? if it's been over a year then this is Very likely the problem) or from lots of pirated programs and cracks. Is there certain programs and stuff (for example Computer Management or Device Manager) that are missing from you're computer?
I suggest you backup all you're important (Non pirated) stuff and reformat you're Hard drive. You might even have a Virus on your OS (like in the Boot Manager)
Do you have a pirated Antivirus?
Have you ever run a program that edits you're registry?
BTW if a virus is in you're OS (operating system, like Windows 7 or Vista ect) then you're Antivirus will not find it.
I suggest removing the virus (if you have one) from you're OS witch may **** up you're OS and force you to reformat it which is what i did.
If you reformat you're Hard drive you're computer will run like new, and these problems should go away completely (be careful when pirating, even if you're antivirus says it's clean, it could be hidden, no program works 100% like it should, including antivirus')
Or you could always just snoop around and find a setting that limits you're Admin powers on you're computer xP
Fun fact : no matter how many things that will allow something, lets say theres 4 settings allowing you to Use remote desktop control, if just 1 setting in you're whole computer denies it, then you can't use remote desktop control.
If just 1 setting blocks it, then it's blocked until you change that setting
Hope i helped!

thanks, yea i just cant figure out all this new security in win7 when you go to properties security tab or folder sharing theres a million differsnt ways to configure it i tried most of them but tnothing seems to work ,sometimes alot are thing are greyed out ,and sometimes there not but then if there not and you change them ,you get an error when you try to apply,i really dont understand any or it,its a scam to get to have to pay 200$ to alk to ms tech support for 10 min, they make 12 version of 7 ,they should have a home version that is geared to home end users, that dont need 500 layers of securiy just to get in "my music" or documents and setting
