    Open the first rar file with Winrar, click the "Extract to" button then hit ok to start the extraction.
    After that either mount the resulting image file with a virtual cd drive or burn it to a blank disk.
    Follow the installation instructions contained in the accompanying NFO file (open it with note pad).
