Default folder lock help! not opening!

hi, so today i got a program called folder lock. i installed it and put some files in it. then i tried to get on agian, typed my password and the it said- "There is already a 'locker' folder inside the applications path. please move any other folder other than the 'locker' folder to another location, and then try again to acces your secured files" - dont know what that means, so i went to my documents, found a folder called "locker" and went in it, and all of my locked stuff was in there. so i try to delete it, but it doesnt let. i cant even uninstall the program, because i need to unlock it first, but evertime i do that it gives me the same old message. any ideas? im getting sick of this!
