    Default corrupted file

ok, so i had downloaded an iso, and i unziped it. deleted all the unzips. couple dayz later i forgot i downloaded it, and unzipped it again to see what it was. then during the unzip, i cancelled it. so one of the files was almost done unzipping and it shows up in the folder. i try to delete it, and the comp goes nuts and wont delete it. it starts running high cuz it doesnt know what to do. i have tried to unzip the iso, and replace that file. nope. tried to delete it using winrar. nope. i even tried a program that fixes rar files and stuff, and again, nope. nothing i do will delete it, and as soon as i click on the file the comp goes nutz running high.

yes the iso was a rar file. i said "unzipped" cuz i dont know what else to say lol. unrar'd? lol so anywayz, i dont know how to delete the file, do any of you guyz got any ideas?

sometimes it won't delete because the pc thinks the programs is being used
    try restarting then delete it

Or download and install a program called Unlocker it's freeware.
Once installed right click on the problematic file and select "Unlock" a window will come up saying which program is using the file (if any) then you can either unlock the file (able to delete it) or kill the process using the file.

ok. i got unlocker, and tried it, and i found 3 processes and unlocked them all. i deleted it, and now when i open the recycle bin the comp starts goin nuts. i cant open unlocker assistant for some reason at all by itself. i tried to restore the file, and nope nothing. tried to permanently delete it again nothing. i was able to delete everything else in the bin and get out of it and the comp went back to normal. now what do i do that its in the bin? damn it wish i wouldnt have cancelled the winrar! note to everyone let the winrar stuff finish dont cancel it!

yeah, thought i could just delete the recycle bin program on disk cleanup. dont quite know if i wanna do that though. besides dont know if there's a way to get another recycle bin somehow. (lol windows downloads: new recycle bin lol/ windows service pack etc)

I was just about to suggest CCleaner.
Unocker and CCleaner are recommended programs to have anyway.
I suggest running CCleaner once a week to clean out your temp files as they can add up quickly and take up valuable hdd space.
Make sure you tweak the settings though otherwise it will clean out all your browsers cookies too, which is not always a good thing.
