Thread: how do i create a dics image of a copy protected dvd

Hello everyone i was wondering if some one could help me. I have imgburn so i can burn ISOs on to discs and thought i could use it as well to make my own ISOs, but i was wrong.
I borrowed a copy of the original Star Wars Trilogy from a friend to make myself a copy and it says its copy protected. I was wondering if some one knew of a program that would do this for me.

list of programs i have tried but failed:

DVDFab: this will make an ISO but for some reason when burned it ill not play..

Imgburn: this will not make a playable ISO, when the ISO is created and then played its all distorted.

use AnyDVD HD to bypass copy protection, and dvdshrink to rip the movie or straight up copy the disc as an ISO
