burning problems
i burned the godfather yesterday for my ps2 and when i saw at the burning speed sometimes it increased very much, can it cause errors, what's wrong with my pc? In the godfather when i'm driving with a car for example sometimes i have to stop because it's still loading and i'm not seeing the rest of the view of the city, i can't go further. What's wrong?
Thanks

Not sure what you're saying about burn speeds increasing. PS2 games should be burned at 8X. If your burner is acting up, get new software before replacing any hardware. Having a problem running a game from a burnt copy is common. You're not perfect, so why should your burnt copy? Try getting good name brand DVD's, (Sony), and don't do anything on your PC while the DVD is being written. If you're playing PS2 with an emulator on your PC, try running the ISO off a virtual drive. I hope this helps.

The burning speed doesn't matter if you're using good quality media, and even if you have a low speed and bad media you'll get problems like this.
Which brand do you use?

i tried to burn at 6 x but he has difficulties to reach the speed and only goes to 4 x and after a while it slows down less than 3 x. I'm using Sony, i guess i'm just not lucky.
