Thread: please help with iso

i have just downloaded TOMB RAIDER UNDERWORLD but the iso image is 7.41GB please can you tell me how i get it to fit on a standard 4.7GB disc

You will have to buy a dual layer dvd, anything bigger the 4.7gb is a dvd9 which uses dual layer dvd's.

have just burnt iso image to a dual layer disc and installed the game but when i choose to play the game i get a box pop up saying the following

wrong disc inserted.
please insert the original "tomb raider: underworld" CD/DVD.

thats because its a safe disc, you need to find a nocd patch for it,
(google is your friend when looking for a nocd patch)
you didnt really need to burn it either, you should have just mounted it, save your self a disc

well it dont really matter now

download magiciso and magic disc and use these to open the iso on a virtual DVDROM Drive, thus windows thinking a disc is inserted when really the iso is mounted

but never mind that

just look for a nocd patch for the game, then you can play it without even inserting the disc

i downloaded the nocd patch but when i open the tru.exe file i get the following error box


tru.exe - unable to locate component
this application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found.
re-installing the application may fix the problem.


i have tried this but still get the same error box

DID you put the patch in the same folder where the game is installed?
