Thread: If things carry on like this, this site will be the downfall of the ps3 scene

Locking and changing the threads like master shin does is way out of order and childish.
Why lock and change my post regarding banning the trouble makers?
I didnt break any forum rules, I wasnt even rude in the posts, And the scum master shin saw fit to lock and change my post, oh and he was even insulting in one of his posts prior to this.

Now I see why the scene is having so much trouble, And I see why this site has such a bad rep with all the other sites.

Do whatever, Banning me isnt going to make any difference to me at this point, My post gets locked and editted anyway.
This is how this site treats its loyal followers!, What a joke!
Oh and my posts are directed at a few people and NOT everyone, This site does have some good members too, So to all the good people out there, please dont take offence to this.

Woah, easy man :( Master Shin only locked that topic to prevent unnecessary flaming (plus unless a member commits a DIRECT BREACH OF RULES or is just plain dumba$$) you can't just request ban him...we're not like that :( We're not psx-scene.

I understand you'd be pissed that you were not given space to speak, but I believe we can solve the issue if you pm some mods or asks for a proper DISCUSSION before BAN REQUEST. It's normal that ppl disagree and I wont say I like every one here, but they all do their share.

And the reason other sites dislike us is because we support warez and backups. Other 'elites' refuse to associate themselves with us 'warez mongrelz' or whatever they wish to call us.

So...I dont know what to say more. Let's not have a flame war :(

I really do agree with what you're saying about banning people, But when someone blatently admits to trying to cause a rift in the scene, shouldnt they be banned?.
Master Shin was rude and insulted me without any good reason, I wasnt being rude and I didnt break any rules.
Thats when I made the new posts about banning people, I ALSO PM'ED MASTER SHIN BUT GOT NO REPLY, THIS IS WHY I MADE THIS POST.

Some people just LOVE to cause problems. What can you do, we live with them and ignore them. If you noticed I never posted in any such "Y U NO GIVE US 3.7 CFW" or "WHY STAY ON 3.55", because I see them as utterly useless. Why do ppl need to announce their departure from 3.55 CFW? I believe they have a small hope that someone will convince them to stay on 3.55 and not to update. Or they are trying to convince others to update as well so they're not alone in that boat. They're just afraid to update and lose forever CFW *a bit dramatic, but could be true*.

Also I have to say ppl who constantly try to start disputes should get warned, but not banned unless they start flaming repeatedly.

PS: MAYBE Master Shin didnt have time to reply. Mods are more available (especially ireggae and MAC) and I think they can solve any problem maturely

Yeah you hit the nail on the head when you said "Or they are trying to convince others to update as well so they're not alone in that boat", The guy was trying to cause a bigger rift in the scene and he even admitted it.

I also agree with you when you said "Also I have to say ppl who constantly try to start disputes should get warned, but not banned unless they start flaming repeatedly.", But if someone openly admits to trying to cause a rift in the scene should be more than a good enough reason to ban some, I believe it worse than flamming or trolling.

You also make a good point about the mods, Maybe i did go a little OTT with master shin, But to be honest it wasnt the fact he locked my posts, It was more because of his attitude and the way he just jumped in and insulted me without good reason.

Well I guess I'll see what happens next, Will master shin man up and apologize for the insult, Or will I get banned??

If the scene fails it'll do it on it's own. This site or whoever you have problems with absolutely will not do it. Way overboard dramatic. lol Protip: Don't sit and bash an Admin or mod, you're asking for the nails in your own coffin.

Granted one person is unlikely to bring the scene down, But look again and you'll see its not just one person thats the problem.
