Yeah it is, and that is what I explained to seymourddr (Read the English part of my post for translation).
But it is often easier to explain it in their native tongue.
There are a lot of languages out there and chances of English being someones first language are only about 10%.
Hell it was the sixth language I learned.

You had edited your post about posting in English since I posted. So, it wasn't there in my initial reply. Having said that, we as mods are asked to give warnings/infractions for not posting in English though!

I do in other parts of the forum, but in this section I give a "verbal" warning like I did in my post.
It might "turn people off" getting a warning/infraction for their welcome post.
