Limit who can start threads in PS3 News Section!!!

Thanks for suggestion.But as the fact remains just because of 2 or 3 making silly post i cannot have a post limit on other legit ones.I personally visited some forum in the past which told me to make this so and so post in xxx forum to be able to post in this section.I simply closed the page and never visited it again.It pisses a person off when he doesn't have the ability to post even after registering.Its a cheap shot to force users to post in order to make threads.The staff if always online to take care of those matter, so simply report the thread and we will take care of it.I am on the side of not implanting such system as every user on this site has the right to post in each and every section made available to public.

what if you had a system that prevented people hyperlinking and posting pictures in their first post?
it could make it harder fr someone to flood the site.

A better suggestion would be to make another sub-forum for PS3 Rumors. Then if it's legit, mods can move it to the News section. All you have to do is just give out infractions if people don't follow the rules.
