I was thinking that perhaps, someone could maybe make a threads and only put usa/eur/jp in each one. some people dont have hdmi and cant play certain regions of games.
can anyone do anything about this?

For what console are you talking about.

The PS3 is region free.

The PS2 has methods to be able to play different regions of games.
I would think most people do have a HDTV anymore and can even just use a component cable.

They do that on WiiISO, but that is because there can be issues playing different regions on the Wii, and certain methods to be able to do it.
