    Default quiz to post in the help section. (or other areas)

    I've seen on the forum site "InsanelyMac" (no link because of the rules)
    that you need to know basic info at least before you can post.
    this might help with all of the people asking questions that have been answered time and time again. and link to the FAQ so there is no excuse for not knowing the answers.
