Default A new category

This may reduce the frustuation the staff gets

Guyz it takes ps2 newbies a lot of time to understand things so I thought you guys could make a new Category with some name as...um.. Know your ps2, and in that tell everything in detail about modchips, swap magic, fmcb, usb extreme and all.
Their maunals and everything
In my first few months I personally got confused about many things..so I can understand how the others feel
"This may reduce the frustuation the staff gets"
I said so as many people frequently create topics to ask stuff which is asked so many times but is in the dark corners of the site..So you guyz as create that category i'm suggesting and allow only the staff to post there..and poof all OUR problems gone

Do you have examples of what you had a hard time finding?

I'm not against your idea, but the thing is the tutorial section is there for that purpose but people prefer to create a new thread than look for their answer, and that's if they even create the thread in the proper section. If people don't read (and trust me they don't) , then there's no thread that will help. Just look at how many requests we get for games that are already up, or how many times people ask what the password is when it's very clearly written with the links.

I get PMs all the time asking how to rebuild cd games to work with ESR, I posted an idiot proof guide in the tutorials section but none of them bother reading it.
If people wanted to "reduce the frustration the staff gets" then they would learn how to read and stop making redundant posts.
One example: A user posted a problem he was having burning a game (it needed special steps to get it working) the problem was resolved and all where happy, the next day there where 21 new threads about people needing help with the same game the original post was still on the front page and it had no new views.
You'd figure people would see it as it was clearly marked with the games name and the words "Having trouble burning" and people would read it and say "OH! That is how I get it working" but no gods forbid.
It's like pulling teeth with rusty pliers I tell you.
