The forums are fine the way they are.
This is PS3ISO and should remain PS related.
If we were to open such a section, we would see people looking for support etc... for the Wii, there is no doubt that these questions are best asked over at WIISO.
If you look at the PS3 share section of xbox360iso you'll see stickied threads showing people how to install waninkoko's cfw.
The mods won't keep stuff up to date and neither will most of our members.
On the other hand over at WIISO, since the whole forum is to do with the WII, they will keep stuff updated and they will provide the best support.
Not having a Wii or 360 section is in the greater interest of members.
