Hi sorry if my ENGLISH is a litlle sloppy (me from BG)

I need help with soldering a HD PRO kit for ps2 slim 70 xxx version
I ordered the KIT and that is what I get :

My question is : Im a missing some cables or something and I read there must be a MODBO 4.0 chip for that KIT to work. But how solder it to the main board and the chip itself ? (HD PRO site is down :( )
