Default ntsc choppy cutscenes on matrix infiniti modchip v1.93

    Hi Everyone,
Im from israel and i have Ps2 with Matrix Infiniti v 1.93 modchip
ok here is the deal... When i play PAL backups the ps2 plays it perfectly..
i mean with nothing choppy and everything smooth.
but when i play ntsc backups the cutscenes and the sound are very choppy
if anyone know the problem and have a solution i'll glad to hear :D
i using Verbatim -R X16 media and i tried to burn on 8,4,2 speeds but i always getting the same results...
my burner is Laptop Burner- Pioneer DVD -RW DVRTD10RS
so if you have any Solution for me again i'll be Glad to Hear :D
    Thanks in Advance :D

You'll have to convert the ISO from NTSC to PAL before burning. You can find the converter I think in the Apps section. :D

Dirty laser? Bad ISOs? Bad burns? Bad Media? Mod chip don't work for NTSC games?
