    Here's a link for the slide card.http://sksapps.com/index.php?page=slidecardtrick.html
Here's the Free Mcboot tutorial. http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials/fmcb/
Go to the installation section and it will tell you how to do the game swap method.

Read over the tutorials and you'll see that there are many options available when it comes to modding a PS2. The choice is yours.

Well, I'm not really familiar with momento but isn't it a program used with a Memor32 card, you shouldn't have to use it for the game swap method. If you have a Memor32 card with momento you can use it to install Free Mcboot, see the tutorial. If the game swap isn't working maybe you should try a different kind of disc or a different program to burn it or use a slower burning speed if possible.

Ok, it's a disc patch, I thought it was something else.

Last I was aware you don't use memento on the image you are burning to do the swap because it throws off the TOC a little and it doesn't exactly match the original disk.
