Thread: why dont we sue sony ?

    Question why dont we sue sony ?

    from what i know PS3 is linux based right ?
    and from what i know linux is an open source software, and if anyone tried to make profit of it (SONY) they should have released the source code (keys)

    so is there a reason why someone haven't tried it before ?
    are they afraid of losing in court ?
