Thread: PS3 iso hasn't gone down in a while

Has anyone noticed this? For a while there it seemed like it was going down at least once a week. Did the technical problems finally get worked out? Can one of the administrators shed some light on this? I'm not complaining, just asking.

No new releases for the masses to download, so the server isn't being hit as hard.

coldmine is on his feet! He's on top of this for us! :D

or people are using torrents.

I thought they took it down intentionally to ward off anti-piracy yuppies from ratting them out.

so did I for a while but then I realized that it would not help at all.

Apparently you guys don't understand server load....

coldmine stated it was a server problem. There was plans for a new server once the old one runs out. I don't know the status on that though. coldmine would need to touch on this to update us. It's certainly been much better the past 3 weeks or so. Thanks!

Which common sense should dictate. Well I take that back, I guess not everyone understands the tech they use on a daily basis like I expect them to.
