izenhower isn't a bot, he just isn't very active (it's been quite some time) so his PM box is probably full.

Chances are that if someone has a custom user title that person is an admin. Nudge..nudge..wink..wink..

Bot, a member that is not a human being.
Examples: our Report Robot when someone reports a post it makes a thread in the report section telling us about it.
Google bot: some forums have it to allow google indexing.
Link checker bot: Some forums have one to automatically check links to make sure they work and if they are dead it moves the thread to the dust bin.
