Thread: Is there a NTSC to pal Converter?

Well I have recently moved to Australia with a self modded ps2 so I have all this NTSC PS2 games but i need them converted to pal no this is not illegal because I'm uploading iso's and converting them then burning them to pal oh and most of you would be thinking what about your NTSC PS2 my next door neighbor sold me his but he sold the games seperatly so I desperately need a converter please! Also if this is in the wrong place please move it to it's suitable area.

Or there is one uploaded by rhlblue all thou he/she has been banned so becarefull if you download this version, it may be a virus, or phising etc.

Nah, just not affected on general chat. It is affected everywhere else.
