How does one get their topic / section in the PS2ISO Downloads section stickied?

well first, you gotta have more than 16 posts lolz...

but for real, its not gonna happen...unless its free megaupload/rapidshare for everybody, and LEGIT!

Yeah don't see what posts have to do with anything but uhh ok. All my stuff is in rapidshare but what do you mean by legit anyways? i've been ripping my collection and uploading it like mad to my page in the downloads section

No I'm afraid that you're wrong there. Post count makes no difference. For example look at OneFlyRide. He only has 200 posts and most of them ar ein his own thread.

I wouldn't go by what the psp site says, all sister sites have basically the same rules but the Administration can change them as they see fit.

If you really want a sticky, here is what I would do/did.

Make a brand new topic and IMMEDIATELY take up 3 or 4 posts depending on how much you are going to upload. Write a nice small intro, post small pics of your games (for user bandwith purposes) and post the RS or MU oe whatever upload site you use. CODE your links. Write a list at the top so people can see what you have and they don't have to scroll down for 5 minutes seeing if you have a game they want. (Yes, there is a CTRL-F function... but not everybody uses it). In other words, just make your topic nice and user friendly.

Now... site back and collect on some karma. People will give it, just be patient, but most leech. You may post the password to the games if you like (just please don't link steal... they WILL find out).

After some time, PM one of the Administrators like Commandoboy or T D. They are 2 very important staff members and super nice and helpful guys. Tell them how much you can upload (maybe one game a week or more) and just ask for it. If they say no, maybe you are too new or only have a dozen games or so. However they most likely will promote you to an Uploader status. I don't have one because that is my choosing... and I'd rather not get into.

That's really all you can do, make a topic, post some games, get good feedback, fulfill requests... and just be patient. Not everybody gets one, if they did then the whole first 2 pages would be filled with Sticky topics.

well i already have a page with so far 6 games and i'm uploading like 2 games a day @_@

That's probably nowhere near enough, I think after a dozen ask for an uploader level.

Just give it time, you do have an interesting assortment of games... I've never heard of most of them but they look good.

Like I said, just give it time. And +Karma just for uploading in general.
