Exclamation My ISP is blocking the site?

I guess my isp is blocking ps2iso.net because when I come here using it I get a server not found error.
I am currently using my wireless (cell phone) connection and as you can see I'm here.

Either that or my connection with my isp is messed up somehow.
I have no idea how to fix this problem.
I've tried fixing my connection by clicking "repair" in the network connection settings, I've tried resetting my internet box.
The only thing I havent tried is a forced update of DNS which 1 I don't remember how to do and 2 since I can connect via another connection I doubt thats the problem.

If anyone has any ideas please post0

Also the servers ps2iso are on are kind of screwed up...
Nothing I can do really, that's on the server admin's end.

    That too...
Maybe instead of my isp blocking the site the site doesn't like my isp? LOL!!
Because this seems to be the only site affected.

Its because PS2iso share the same server as wiiso and 360iso i guess? Many people goes online on 360iso so i guess thats why the server is acting wierd.

Are these issues we can throw some money/hardware at and they can just "go away"? Cause I'm sure we could raise some money to have our very own dedicated box. Just a thought. Hell, I bet someone around here has an extra box floating around. I have a compaq desktop that I could install ubuntu server/apache/mysql/php/phpmyadmin and donate if need be, so we stop getting these "the other iso sites crashed, and we did too" issues. Hell, I bet someone has a blade server they don't need anymore sitting around. Just a thought.

Its not that easy dude. The server admins have more than 10 iso sites to be managed so i dont think they'll just take any host they found. So the only way is by having more money to upgrade it to its own dedicated box. Which i think xbox360iso need it more at the current time. They currently have many users online on a time than ps2iso. Plus pspiso is on the process of upgrading their own server so i dont think they would be any upgrades for other iso sites in some time.
